This premises has 56 quarters in which the staff of the Resident Commission and other State Government offices is housed.

Amritsar
The J&K House is located at 2-Court Road; Amritsar It has 4 Guest rooms in the main building and 3 in another building besides staff quarters and the Managerís residence. The state Government has also some land at Tapai Road, Amritsar, which is under occupation of the legal heirs of the original allottees.

Chandigarh
The JK House is situate in House No. 37, Sector 5A, Chandigarh, It has 6 guest rooms and a VIP suite. The State Government also has a building in Sector 17, Chandigarh comprising 4 floors and a basement. This Building has been rented out to Ministry of Labour and Employment Bureau, Government of India.

Mumbai
  • The office of Assistant Resident Commissioner, Bombay is housed in the World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, and Mumbai. The State Government has the following properties in Mumbai.
  • Two bedrooms Guest House at Foreshore Road.
  • A Guest House (Duplex flat) on the 2nd floors, LD Ruparel Marg, Malabar Hills, Mumbai.
